My name is Rachel Parker and I am a graphic design student in NCAD, Dublin Ireland. I’m a designer that is interested in utilising play and mixed media, embracing character, colour and humor, as well as finding unique solutions to design problems. During my time at NCAD I have had the opportunity to expand my skills while working on several design projects, including entries for the Creative Conscience competition, as well as designing environmental letterpress posters to be displayed in the college. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple different businesses during my Studio Plus Year, including designing brand identity for Niteline, book covers for Penguin Book Publishers. I studied abroad at the ArtEz University in Arnhem, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with other design students from all across the world.
